Atlanta area veteran business owners can get an early start toward a more prosperous New Year with a Small Business Administration (SBA) government contracting event designed for women and veterans who want to do business with state, local and federal government.
The workshop takes place on Thursday, January 17, 2o13 from 10:00 a.m. until noon at the SBA Georgia District Office, Peachtree Center – Harris Tower, 233 Peachtree Street, NE – Suite 1900, in Atlanta, GA.
Topics covered include:
1. Eligibility requirements for service disabled veteran-owned small business concerns;
2. Patriot Express Loan Program;
3. Eligibility requirements for the Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) Contracting Program;
4. How the WOSB Program can provide significant opportunities for women entrepreneurs.
